The Dr. Testo Method
Your testosterone protocol, calculated.
Fifteen lifestyle inputs become a ranked protocol, a layered Home view, and a D30–D365 direction.
How the product works
15 answers. One daily protocol.
Assessment → priorities → check-ins → direction.
- 01
Answer 15 questions
Map the lifestyle state behind your Starting point.
- 02
See three layers
Starting stays fixed. Base adapts. Today moves.
- 03
Get your priorities
Begin with four Core rows and personal priorities.
- 04
Check in
Log daily, weekly, and periodic actions in place.
- 05
Watch direction
Compare D30–D365 paths and build real history.
The Home scale
Starting, Base, and Today—together.
One 0–1100 view separates your fixed origin, changing foundation, and daily signal.

Your first protocol
Four Core. One personal priority.
Core creates the foundation. Body Composition adds the first periodic priority.
Body Composition is a Personal Priority, not a daily Core task. Other priorities appear only when the profile calls for them.
36 Advanced optimizations
36 ways to go deeper.
Open any category to see its factors, fit, cadence, evidence, and model status.
Twelve factors have direct models; the rest stay useful without invented numerical contributions.

Protocol Potential
Four paths. Five checkpoints.
Compare Current, Core, Selected, and Full at D30, D60, D90, D180, and D365.
Progress
Tap a day. See what moved.
Switch checkpoints while Base and Today remain distinct.
The Dr. Testo Method
Personalized. Research-mapped. Time-aware.
Versioned logic separates Starting, adaptation, daily signals, fit, headroom, and scenario assumptions—then ranks the next actions.
Assessment, calculation, check-ins, protocol, and history stay centered on the device without a custom account dependency.

What the product is — and what it is not
01Is Dr. Testo a generic habit tracker?+
No. Its navigation, model, protocol, and progress system are built specifically around estimated testosterone direction.
02Do I choose my Core actions?+
Four Core actions form the fixed foundation. The model adds Personal Priority rows only when the profile supports them; Advanced remains optional.
03What is the difference between Base and Today?+
Base represents the slower-moving chronic direction. Today adds current, temporary signals on top of Base.
04Does every Advanced factor show a numerical effect?+
No. Only factors with a direct model can show a counterfactual number. Other curated factors remain clearly marked as tracked or unmodeled.
